How to Prepare and what to bring:

Clothing: Please wear comfortable clothing like yoga wear. 

Ceremony Essentials: Yoga mat, chair, pillow, personal comfort items. Create a cozy and inviting space for your practice. 

Journey Reflections: Consider bringing a notebook or journal to capture your experiences and insights during the session. Pen, pencil and/or high lighter.

Special item:  Bring any crystals, stones, or jewelry that holds a special meaning or is unique to you and wish to place on the altar.

Hydration and Nourishment: Remember to bring a water bottle with a cap or lid to stay hydrated throughout the ceremony. It is advisable to avoid eating 2-3 hours before the session, although a light snack is acceptable if needed. This aids in the optimal absorption of the cacao.

Try not to drink a lot of caffeine on the day of the ceremony. Limit the caffeine intake to early morning.

Reservation and Pricing: Secure your spot by purchasing your ticket in advance, as we require an accurate headcount for the event. If you bring a friend, kindly select the appropriate price option for both attendees. We offer 2 price options to suit your preference. Please email us if you are experiencing financial difficulties but want to participate. We can explore volunteer opportunities that may interest you.

Disclosure/Waiver: On the day of the ceremony, all participants must sign a disclaimer/waiver. As a precautionary measure, we kindly request that individuals currently taking anti-depressants, any SSRI medications, or those who may be pregnant or possibly pregnant refrain from consuming cacao. This is done with your safety and well-being in mind.
